Mattia Cossa

He served his internship ex art. 73 D.L. 79/2013 at the Court of Appeal of Milan – Criminal Section II – from June 2020 to January 2022, dealing with judicial activities and drafting of sentences.

He practiced law from June 2020 to October 2021 at Studio Legale Associato Clementini Villa in Saronno, dealing with judicial and extrajudicial activities in the areas of civil and criminal law.

He collaborated from April 2022 to July 2023 with the Volpe Law Firm in Milan, dealing for primary operators of national and international relevance with: acquisitions of corporate interests and assets (biogas plants, biomethane plants, wind power plants), business disposals, corporate joint ventures, investment agreements in start-up companies, drafting of corporate bylaws and shareholders’ agreements, and due diligence activities.

He has been cooperating with the law firm Sani Zangrando since September 2023.

Graduated in Law from the University of Milan in March 2020 with a grade of 110 cum laude.

Successfully completed MeliusForm Business School’s Executive Master in “M&A, Private Equity and Other Extraordinary Transactions” in July 2023.
