Our history
The Sani Zangrando Law Firm was born from the twenty years of experience of lawyers Emilio Sani and Stefano Zangrando, who in 2019 decided to combine their skills to create an independent and innovative firm.
Their professional careers began in 1994, when both started practising law in leading Milanese law firms. Over the years, they consolidated their experience in complex and strategic areas, with a particular focus on energy and environmental law, commercial contracts and extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and start-ups).
Over time, their synergistic and client-oriented approach has strengthened, leading to the establishment of Studio Legale Sani Zangrando in 2019. Since then, the firm has grown steadily, establishing itself as a point of reference in the Italian legal landscape, particularly in the energy sector.
Today, with offices in Milan and Rome and a team of over 50 professionals, the firm offers high value-added advice thanks to its consolidated experience in the energy, environmental, industrial and financial markets.
