Specialized in corporate law, M&A and real estate, as well as nuclear law, with solid experience in providing legal advice to Italian and international companies.
Currently a Partner in the Corporate M&A department at Sani Zangrando Law Firm and, in parallel, serving as Legal Counsel on secondment at the Newcleo Group, where she provides legal assistance in nuclear, commercial and civil law matters.
Kateryna began her career at leading Italian law firms, including CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, where she was part of the Finance and Real Estate Department, and collaborated with Invimit SGR S.p.A., the asset management company of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, focusing on real estate funds and investments in the real estate sector.
Over the years, she has gained significant experience in extraordinary transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, due diligence activities, and ongoing corporate advisory, supporting companies, investors and startups throughout all stages of their development.
She obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Milan and subsequently earned the Diplôme de Troisième Cycle in Nuclear Law (postgraduate university diploma) from the University of Montpellier, as part of the International School of Nuclear Law organized in cooperation with the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA).
