The law firm Sani Zangrando, based in Milan and Rome, was founded in 2019 in Milan by Emilio Sani and Stefano Zangrando, who joined their teams thus combining their professional experiences gained over the years in first-tier law-firms.
The firm is made of highly qualified lawyers, able to meet the needs of operators in the energy, environmental and industrial sectors, both locally and abroad in their cross-border activities. We assist our clients throughout Italy, giving them support in the non-contentious and litigation matters, both in domestic and international transactions.

We deal with energy law, public services regulation, environmental law and corporate law, having departments specialized in administrative and energy law that work together with others with expertise in civil and commercial law.
