Expertise

She is an administrative lawyer with extensive experience in the fields of energy, public water, the environment, construction and urban planning, gained through both judicial and extrajudicial activities. She mainly practises before administrative courts and courts with jurisdiction over public water matters, as well as providing the necessary extrajudicial advice.

She has also gained in-depth experience in the fields of construction and urban planning, insolvency proceedings and the various aspects of administrative proceedings, working directly with the public administration in the post-earthquake reconstruction of the city of L’Aquila to provide specialist assistance in public and administrative law and to guide the activities of the Special Office for Reconstruction towards the most correct application of regulations and the best pursuit of protected public interests.

She has carried out academic work at university level, obtaining a PhD in “constitutional justice and fundamental rights” from the University of Pisa and collaborating as a subject expert in teaching and research in constitutional law at Roma Tre University. She is the author of numerous scientific publications on constitutional, administrative and environmental law.

Professional experience

She practised law and then collaborated with the Conte Law Firm from 2006 to 2015.

She collaborated with the Chair of Constitutional Law at RomaTre University.

She collaborated with the European Constitutional Law course at Link Campus University in the academic years 2008–2009 and 2009–2010.

From 2013 to 2015, he provided consultancy services on administrative and public law at the Special Office for the Reconstruction of the City of L’Aquila (USRA), as part of a coordinated and ongoing collaboration.

In 2015, he tutored courses preparing students for the state bar exam organised by Claralex (July–December).

She is a subject expert at the Chair of Constitutional Law at RomaTre University following a resolution by the Department Council on 22 January 2015.

She worked at the CLP Lex – Conte, Lanna Petri law firm from 2015 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2025, she worked independently at the Valentina Petri Law Firm.

Since March 2025, she has been working with the Sani Zangrando Law Firm, dealing mainly with administrative law issues in the renewable energy sector, providing legal assistance and out-of-court advice.
