She has acquired a deep knowledge of environmental and energy law.

She provides assistance on all aspects of Environmental Law involved in industrial and business activities, as well as use and transformation of the territory.

She provides advice for the attainment of the licenses necessary for the construction and operation of plants producing energy from renewable sources and the environmental authorizations.

He also has experience in substantive law and civil proceedings and especially contracts and damages claims in general.

In addition to the profession of lawyer, she has held consultancy positions with public administrations in the field of environmental legislation

In her recent experience, she has been involved in different kind of activities:

• Offering legal opinions and advice to Firms involved in tenders or project financing procedures with Public Administrations related to the production of energy from renewable sources or the renovation of public buildings.
• Assisting Italian and foreign Companies that operate Plants from renewables or have developed energy efficiency interventions and have obtained State incentives from Gestore dei Servizi Energetici – GSE S.p.A. (the Authority who dispenses the incentives and makes controls on the operators) during the verification procedures conducted by GSE;
• Offering legal opinions and advice to companies operating in the environmental sector on waste and permits;

She obtained her Law degree at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome

She obtained a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law at “Roma Tre” University in Rome
