She specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on Venture Capital, Tech M&A, and extraordinary transactions. She provides legal assistance to innovative startups, innovative SMEs, investment funds, and industrial companies, dealing with company incorporation, drafting of articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, as well as the negotiation and preparation of investment agreements, share purchase agreements, and other national and international contracts.
She has developed solid experience in managing Venture Capital and M&A transactions in the technology sector, including the issuance of participating financial instruments, the structuring of work-for-equity schemes, and incentive plans (ESOPs).
She also provides ongoing corporate assistance, supporting companies in corporate governance matters.
She has gained professional experience by working with corporate entities and international and national law firms active in corporate and commercial law, including EMG Italy S.p.A., where she worked within the Corporate & Legal Affairs department, dealing with corporate governance, national and international contracts, and M&A transactions.
She subsequently collaborated with Bruno & Associati law firm, and most recently with PZCLEX – Avvocato Francesco Pezcoller, within the Venture Capital and Tech M&A department, playing a central role in assisting innovative startups, innovative SMEs, and investment funds, with particular reference to Venture Capital and M&A transactions.
She has been collaborating with Studio Legale Sani Zangrando since January 2026.
She obtained a single-cycle Master’s Degree in Law from Libera Università Maria Ss. Assunta (LUMSA) in Rome in March 2019, graduating with a score of 108/110.
She subsequently attended the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions at Libera Università Maria Ss. Assunta (LUMSA) in Rome, obtaining the diploma in July 2021.
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in November 2021.
She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Law and Business from 24 ORE Business School, Milan campus, in May 2023.
