She is specialized in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She provides legal assistance to innovative startups and SMEs, investment funds and industrial companies in extraordinary transactions (mergers and demergers), investment rounds (seed, early stage and early growth), acquisitions and LBOs. She also has experience in providing ongoing assistance to companies in commercial contract matters and corporate secretarial services. Thanks to a secondment at a leading Italian company, she worked with the in-house legal team in the management of extraordinary transactions, the negotiation of complex commercial agreements and corporate governance activities, developing an integrated understanding of business dynamics and operational needs.
She has also gained experience in corporate and commercial litigation, particularly regarding liability actions against management and supervisory bodies, breaches of shareholders’ agreements, and the enforcement of option agreements.
She is recognized for her solution-oriented approach, combining strong legal expertise with a solid understanding of clients’ operational needs.
She has collaborated with several law firms, including Studio Legale Libonati Jaeger (Borlone division), Papi Rossi e Associati, and the law and tax firm CBA. In addition, she completed the training internship pursuant to Article 73 of Decree-Law 69/2013 at the Court of Milan, in the Corporate Crisis Section and subsequently in the Banking and Financial Leasing Section.
She has been working with Sani Zangrando Law Firm since January 2023.
