Francesco is specialized in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He regularly assists investment funds, industrial companies, startups and innovative SMEs in extraordinary transactions, investment rounds, mergers, acquisitions, drafting of various commercial agreements, as well as in corporate governance matters.
Throughout his professional experience, he has also dealt with civil litigation, with a specific focus on the banking and financial intermediation sectors.
He has collaborated with several law firms, including RP Legal, Cappelli RCCD and Deloitte Legal.
