Stefano Zangrando assists clients in major corporate M&A and transactions in the Italian market by representing multinational companies and private equity funds.

Industrial clients include leading multinationals operating in the pharmaceutical sector, “smartcities”, hybrid vehicles, workwear rental companies, sanitization of environments, “webhosting”, creation of digital platforms.

As part of M&A activities, he deals with mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. More specifically, he deals with

• Ongoing assistance to the Italian offices of a variety of multinational companies
• Business arrangements, including distribution, supply, lease, agency, consulting, and cooperation, for industrial clients
• Acquisitions (domestic and transnational)
