He has gained significant experience in advising private equity funds, Italian and international investors, and industrial groups in connection with corporate acquisitions, both share and asset deals, joint ventures and extraordinary transactions in general, including cross-border and distressed contexts.
He assists clients throughout all stages of M&A transactions, from the drafting and negotiation of preliminary documentation and legal due diligence activities to the preparation and negotiation of acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements and governance arrangements, supporting clients through to completion of the transaction.
He also provides assistance in corporate law and corporate governance matters, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of domestic and international commercial agreements.
He collaborates with Studio Legale Sani Zangrando as Of Counsel.
During his professional career, he has served as Equity Partner at leading Italian law firms, including Studio Legale Grimaldi, Studio Pedersoli, Studio Marena D’Angelo & Fagotto and Studio Marena Bonvicini Aghina e Ludergnani.
In 2020, he joined Studio Colonna Caramanti together with his team specialised in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
He has advised Italian and international clients operating across various industrial sectors, including fashion, food & beverage, pharma, real estate, oil & gas and manufacturing.
He is recognised by leading international legal directories, including Legal 500 EMEA, for his work in commercial and corporate law, M&A and private equity.
