    Industrial clients include leading multinationals operating in the pharmaceutical sector, “smartcities”, hybrid vehicles, workwear rental companies, sanitization of environments, “webhosting”, creation of digital platforms.

    As part of M&A activities, he deals with mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. More specifically, he deals with
