Gianluca Zunino

He deals with energy law and administrative law; he advises operators in obtaining the necessary authorisations for the construction and operation of energy production plants from renewable sources and in litigation.

He has gained experience in the areas of public contract law, construction and urban planning, public liability, regional law and Legislative Decree no. 267/00, health law, legislation on local public services and smart mobility.

He advised public administrations and private customers by providing legal opinions, writing contracts and agreements and by helping with the draft of public instruments. He also assisted customers on matters like administrative sanctions, building permits and other administrative authorizations and government grants.

He practiced and long cooperated with Studio Legale Repetti in Genoa – Administrative and Civil Law.

He worked for Institute Giannina Gaslini – Hospital in Genoa, by handling legal disputes, helping in the management of Institute real estate and by providing legal opinions to the Office of the President and the Board of Directors.

He’s been President of Municipal planning commission, and Commissioner during a recruitment process of civil servants for a Local Authority.

He joined Studio Legale Sani Zangrando since november 2021.

He graduated in Law “cum laude” at the University of Genoa in july 2012
