Italia Solare councillor Emilio Sani spoke to pv magazine about the main novelties of the Simplification Decree concerning the development of photovoltaic power plants. According to his predictions, the measure should make it possible to obtain plant authorisations more quickly considering a reduced role for the Ministry of Culture in issuing them.
